Mouse Rage Syndrome?

A phenomenon as monumental as the Internet should have an ailment of its own. Indeed, the Web appears to be breeding its very own disease, a medical syndrome recognizable by a quickening of the heart, profuse sweating, and furious clicking and bashing of the mouse. In extreme cases, the ailment can be identified by loud screaming at video screens.

This is a little old but entertaining still. It is the first I’ve actually seen it with a name attached but I’ve still not found a name for the little balls of junk that accumulate on the top of a mouse. Anyhow, it is worth reading and thinking about. Maybe, just maybe, if you’re work or life depends on what you’re doing online then I could see getting frustrated but most people aren’t and so I can’t see why someone would get a site designer (and a poor one at that) the power to control their actions. Silly people.
